Shipping

We aim to ship our creations within one week of order; however, due to the handmade nature of the products, some items can take longer than this.
All creations are sent registered mail with a tracking number.
According to An Post information, postage takes about 2 working days within Ireland and up to15 working days for international delivery depending on the country. Capital city addresses tend to incur faster delivery times, than non-capital cities. We are not responsible for the orders once they have been shipped
Exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds and exchanges are allowed if there is an issue with a product. This must be done within 7 days of receipt, if the item is not used and is in perfect condition.
Items must be returned via registered mail.
Total price of item (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded.
